Bahadir Sahin’s research focuses on Geographical Information Systems, crime and GIS, crisis management, emergency management, social network analysis, Complex Adaptive Systems, and other social science research. He is employed in public security area in the busiest Turkish City, Istanbul.
He, in 2005, made it to New York for graduate study at John Jay School of Criminal Justice. After getting a Masters Degree in NY, he was accepted to the University of Central Florida in Orlando where he was graduated as a Ph.D. in 2009.
