Bahadir Sahin was born in Turkey in 1978. He worked in public security area in the busiest Turkish City, Istanbul for five years till he made it to New York for graduate study at John Jay School of Criminal Justice.
He is currently a PhD candidate at University of Central Florida in Orlando. He is studying networks, general criminal justice issues, crisis management, GIS applicatons and innovative tools in public policy making.
